Well, I’m a mum to my son F who is nine, and has numerous special educational needs as well as medical needs.

I’m a fiancé to Ryan, and we are getting married next year, August 2022.

I love skincare and make up, I’m a Body Shop at Home Consultant and have been for just over a year now, and I love it, I love the confidence it has given me, and it has helped me really begin to look after myself and my skin.

I’m also a huge fan of giraffes, music, podcasts, food and books.

So my son F has a condition called Sturge Weber Syndrome, this causes a port wind stain birthmark to the face, glaucoma, global development delays and behavioural issues, he also has ADHD and ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder), life can be extremely challenging, but F is amazing.

Mental health

Since a couple of years before F was born I have had anxiety, I was then diagnosed with postnatal depression after F was born, and ever since then I have been struggling with anxiety and depression. Sometimes life can be really hard, but better days are always coming.
